The next filings

Tunisian law 94-117 sets every listed company a deadline to file its accounts with the Conseil du marché financier (CMF) and the Tunis Stock Exchange. For annual accounts, filing must also take place at least fifteen days before the ordinary general meeting, if it is held earlier.

What has already arrived

Accounts at 30 June 2026: filed by the 10 banks covered; these are the figures on this site.

2026 annual accounts: no filing so far.

Each filing is picked up the same morning on the CMF and Tunis Stock Exchange pages.

What these accounts will change

When they arrive, the definition pages and the ranking move to the new figures once checked. Until then, they keep the figures of the previous period and say so at the top of the page.

Published notes do not change: each carries its date.
